Overview

Hound and Badger was commissioned to overhaul the existing Clearway brand identity, create a new website and launch their digital presence in order to attract new buyers to the business.

Commander Clearway – teleported from a galaxy far, far away – engaged the audience, raised brand awareness and increased customer spend through a series of planned email campaigns targeted at email subscribers. The business was eventually sold for an undisclosed amount.

A clean sweep

Clearway is one of the UK’s most successful and rapidly expanding vacant property security and environmental services companies. Established in 1991, the company has grown through innovation and continual improvement, combined with a strong commitment to serve its customers. It now proudly leads the UK vacant property security market.

Hound and Badger was commissioned to overhaul the existing Clearway brand identity, website and email marketing.

The aim was to add value to the company brand by designing an inbound marketing strategy incorporating intelligent, smart design that would increase sales, brand awareness and market share - ultimately allowing Clearway to attract a new buyer.

We created a strategy to add value to their business through clever design. A refreshed identity and brand guidelines enabled a complete overhaul of all online and offline marketing materials. This achieved a substantial increase in brand awareness, resulting in a strong rise in ROI. The new brand disrupted the market and gave Clearway a new-found confidence, appearance and voice which directly allowed them to steal market share from their bigger competitors.

Their key objective is to offer customers solutions to their problems as opposed to specific products.
